aihoni (“we”, “us”) helps people in Nepal stay close to family and friends with chat, voice, video and group calls and a personal AI साथी — and helps small businesses too. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

• Account info — your name, email and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
• Business info — details about your business you add, such as products, prices and location.
• Messages & voice — chats, voice recordings and orders you create, so aihoni can help you.
• Usage data — basic, anonymous information about how the app is used to keep it reliable.

How we use it

• To answer your customers and run features like voice chat, the smart inbox and your knowledge base.
• To process orders and payments through your chosen wallet (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, ConnectIPS).
• To improve aihoni’s accuracy and reliability.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your business data with other shops.
